Refatex Original, S.A. de C.V. is a company dedicated to the sale of industrial and domestic sewing machines, spare parts, and technical services. Since its founding in 2001, Refatex has remained committed to personalized service, fast attention, and quality support, offering everything from embroidery machines to ceramic thread guides and steam iron covers.

My Role

I was in charge of the visual implementation of the brand, leading the redesign and applying the new brand system across materials to modernize the company’s image and align it with its professional and customer-first philosophy.

The Challenge

Refatex had a very outdated logo that no longer reflected the quality and professionalism of its service. The main challenge was to refresh and modernize the brand while preserving the trust and recognition it had built over the years. The company also needed a cohesive visual identity to unify its broad catalog of products and services in a competitive and highly technical market.

The redesign gave Refatex a modern and clean visual identity that reflects its technical precision and human service orientation. The updated branding system communicates professionalism, trust, and dynamism—characteristics aligned with the company’s evolution and its goal of staying at the forefront of the industry.
